Where are your items made?
All of our items are printed and shipped from the heart of Texas! We are located in Midlothian which is just outside of Dallas.
How long does it take to receive my items?
Most items will leave our facility within 2-3 days from when you place your order. Occasionally, an item may take a little longer if we need to order your item and if that is the case, we will let you know and work to get it out as quickly as possible (at the most 7-10 days). We ship via United States Postal Service. Shipping/Transit times can vary depending on the season. Priority normally takes 3-5 days. During peak shipping times, it can take longer. Expedited shipping options are available. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us and let us see what we can do!
Do you ship to APO addresses? Out of the country? Alaska and Hawaii?

What do I do if I have not received my package?
Well that stinks! We want you to have your items ASAP! If you have any issues during the delivery process, please contact us and we will try to track the package down from our end. If the package can not be located, we will make it right! Customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority!
My item arrived wrong! What do I do?
Oh no! If your item arrives and is not as you ordered it, please contact us! This very rarely happens but if it does, please rest assured that we will take care of you and make it right!
Do you do team or group orders?
Absolutely! We would love to handle your team or group order! Please contact us and let us help you with that!
Can I order an item that is shown with a monogram without a monogram?
Yes! Just indicate on your order that you would like the item without a monogram or put none or 0 in the monogram area. We may contact you just to verify!
Can I modify the graphic or add wording to it for my item?
Most of our graphics are customizable! Just let us know what you are wanting to do and we will let you know if that is something we can do!
Can I return my item if I do not like it?
Everything we make is custom for each customer! We will send a proof of your graphic to give you the opportunity to make changes before we print/embroider your item. We encourage you to double check your proof and make sure it is just like you want it. We will accept a return and replace the item if there is a flaw in the item or production process. Just contact us and we will walk you through that process. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will work to achieve that goal!
